An 8-week deep dive to transform your relationship with peri/menopause
After speaking to countless women over this past year, what I’ve found is there is a common thread that ties all of them all together. They are experiencing a level of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm that is different than they have ever experienced before. The worst part is that many of them keep it to themselves because they don’t feel seen, heard or understood by those around them.
Can you relate?
If you said, yes, you’re not alone. In a recent menopause report, women reported more stress on top of menopause-related anxiety in the past year. And nearly half of women surveyed revealed they were struggling more than they ever had.
Translation: pandemic life +peri/menopause = feeling overwhelmed, overloaded and just plain over it….
Prior to working together, my clients have shared that they feel like there is no one who understands what they are experiencing, or worse, they don’t even know how to begin to ask for help.
Connecting with women every day who are struggling with the symptoms and often debilitating impact of hormone shifts, I knew I needed to create a solution to support their mental and emotional well-being.
Because I know so many of us women are feeling this way, I’ve put together an 8-week transformational program called MIDLIFE FREEDOM.
“The simple tools Keira has offered have been helping me become kinder to myself and believe I can feel at ease in my skin and body again. I went through a period of intense emotional stress and she helped me navigate that embracing the hardship with kindness rather than resisting. I feel calmer these days, my sleep is slowly improving (phew!) and how I perceive myself is also improving.
I felt seen, heard, supported, absolutely not judged. Our sessions have always left me with a warm heart, commitment to myself and encouragement to keep going.”

“I think my true self has been trying to tell me some things for awhile and I keep pushing it down down down. I’m also a yes person, people pleaser, and there is so much work to be done, but doing this work I am so much more open than I have ever been, it feels so uplifting. The muscles in my face are lifting. My world has moved from monotone to colour.”

“I gained insight about myself through you and others. I feel I am more accepting of my weaknesses, but I also feel validated that I resonate somehow with others.
I own my time and space more and don’t feel guilty about it. I procrastinate less…small neglected tasks became easier. I also feel like I am more able to face surges of stressful moments — riding the waves became easier. I am more NOW-oriented.”
– Patricia T.
“When I actually sat and checked in with myself, I realized I was not actually as “fine” as I had been telling everyone, including myself. This was a massive eye opener for me, and helped me look inward over the next several weeks (and ongoing), as well as realize that I need to do a better job hitting pause and legitimately checking in with myself on a recurring basis. Now I feel more calm and “in the zone”, relaxed, open…I am showing up on my mat more, for my health.
What I loved most is that Keira really did set such a safe space, and I am extremely grateful for that. I am a non-sharer, completely, except for a handful in my inner circle – I did not feel forced to share, I felt completely comfortable sharing, which is NOT typical for me. A huge part was the size of the group.” – Beth N.
