An 8-week deep dive to transform your relationship with peri/menopause

After speaking to countless women over this past year, what I’ve found is there is a common thread that ties all of them all together. They are experiencing a level of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm that is different than they have ever experienced before. The worst part is that many of them keep it to themselves because they don’t feel seen, heard or understood by those around them.

If you said, yes, you’re not alone. In a recent menopause report, women reported more stress on top of menopause-related anxiety in the past year.  And nearly half of women surveyed revealed they were struggling more than they ever had.

Translation: pandemic life +peri/menopause = feeling overwhelmed, overloaded and just plain over it….

Prior to working together, my clients have shared that they feel like there is no one who understands what they are experiencing, or worse, they don’t even know how to begin to ask for help. 

Connecting with women every day who are struggling with the symptoms and often debilitating impact of hormone shifts, I knew I needed to create a solution to support their mental and emotional well-being.

Because I know so many of us women are feeling this way, I’ve put together an 8-week transformational program called MIDLIFE FREEDOM.

The MIDLIFE FREEDOM program offers women four key factors that make a difference for creating transformational outcomes for participants:

Evidence-based skills: The techniques and evidence-based skills you will learn of self-awareness, self-care, and self-expression will help you be balanced and resilient as you meet the challenges that transitioning through menopause brings

Clarity, Confidence and Confidentiality: This program brings together a variety of techniques drawn from the world’s healing traditions as well as modern medicine to help you learn to heal yourself in a safe and brave space.

Group support: Sharing and learning from other women in the same scenario as you is validating. There is also space to ask questions about your experience so you get your questions answered and feel heard.

Actionable strategies: You are guided with new ways to manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm with ease and efficacy.

This program educates you on the science and gives you the tools to reduce stress, enhance self-awareness, heal trauma and develop your capacity for self-care in a safe space where you will learn and share with other women who are on this journey alongside you. 

Transitioning through menopause is inevitable, but suffering through it doesn’t have to be and you don’t need to go through it alone.

Q. What are the exact dates and times of the coaching sessions?

A. We’ll be kicking off the live group sessions on October 27th, 2021 at 400pm PT (600p CT/700pm ET)! GET READY!

1:1 coaching sessions will typically meet on Wednesdays or Thursdays. You will be able to set up your sessions at a time that best suits your schedule. Other bonus session dates/times TBA!

That being said, if you have to miss a group session, because of the very interactive and intimate nature of this program, there won’t be replays! I suggest clearing your calendar so you can go all-in on your self care and transformation.

Q. Is the entire program online?

A. Yes, we use Zoom Video for all of our sessions. This means you can live anywhere AND be wearing your sexiest or comfiest sweatpants (ideally they are one and the same) AND still be able to participate!

Q. Does everyone in the program see one another during the sessions?

A. Yes, because the intention of this program is to create connection and community you’ll be able to see all your new friends! And, of course, if you’re somewhere where you absolutely need some privacy, you can turn your camera off and still be part of the group. That being said, our group sessions are very interactive, and having your camera on is the rule, not the exception.

Q. What if I’m nervous about sharing in a group?

A. Give yourself a chance to experience how it goes for the first couple times! It’s really incredible to experience the support of other women on a similar journey, and a super cool way to learn about applying concepts to your own life.

Before you know it, you’ll see how kick** other women are in the group and be ready to jump in!

Q. Will we interact with other group members during Midlife Freedom?

A. Yes, the entire structure of the program is to create connection and community within the group. You will interact during our group sessions on Zoom, AND in the private Facebook group!

Q. When will I start to see some results around here!?

A. Everyone flows differently, but if you’re showing up to the live group sessions, doing the homework activity every day, participating in the group, signing up to receive coaching, and taking advantage of all I’m offering, you’ll start to notice some shifts in all aspects of your life…maybe deeper sleep, more productive at work, a little more confidence, less tension with people you love, more self-love, and even a little more swagger than you had before. 😉

Q. When do we begin?!

A. First live group session begins  March 10, 2022! You won’t want to miss it!

Q. Can I join even if I’m not a woman?

 I love all the humans, but this group is designed specifically for individuals who will or have already transitioned through menopause.

Q. Can I cancel after I sign up?

A. All of your payments — including your initial deposit — are non-refundable. Here’s why, investing in yourself is soooo important…and sometimes when we take that risk we can bail right when some positive change is about to happen. So, by signing up you are saying “yes” to yourself and “yes” to the experiences that you really want. This is monumental. I promise to show up 100% for you, and you’re about to see what is possible when you show up 100% for yourself and when you do, trust that you’ll get exactly what you’re needing
