What Happens at a Resilient Health Reboot?
We get together in person or virtually for an in-depth, soul-searching, mic dropping 3- hour intensive session to get clarity on gaps and opportunities, and map out your optimal health and wellness plan to balance your hormones, regain your energy and radiate your glow.
When we meet, I affectionately call what we do, “Skinny Dipping” because we are going to strip it all down and take a deep dive to help you reflect on where you are now, where you want to be, and where you need the most support. This clarity will help us make the most of our time together!
It’s an opportunity to discover if there are possible roadblocks in your body or your environment that are exacerbating your menopausal symptoms which are keeping you from looking and feeling your best. It’s a time to reveal any self-sabotaging attitudes standing in your way, so they can get an overhaul and reboot.
We schedule (1) 60-minute follow up call to keep you on track, answer any questions (and review your hormone balancing strategy plan based on your genetics).
You will leave the day with a vision, a plan, and the fire to make it happen so that you are ready to master menopause. You will have clarity around how to nourish YOUR skin, body, and soul from the inside out and the outside in to amplify your health going forward.
